Termination
Martin Ingram Opticians reserves the right to terminate any agreement or refuse service for the following reasons:

In the event of termination, all outstanding payments will become due immediately, and we reserve the right not to issue any refunds.

Force Majeure

Strikes, industrial action, or lock-outs;
Natural disasters (such as fire, flood, or earthquakes);
Epidemics or pandemics;

If any of our services are affected by such events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments or services.

Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another suitable entity without affecting your rights.

Emails will be deemed received 24 hours after being sent, and letters will be deemed received three days after posting.
