Martin H. Ingram – BSc (hons) FBCO

Graduated in Opthalmic Optics from Bradford University in 1973. After completing all of his professional qualifications, Martin went on to work at Moorfields eye hospital, London where he worked on a full and part time basis for ten years. Upon leaving Moorfields, having attained the status of Senior Optician, he went on to start his own practice in Stevenage.

Since then, Martin has developed the practice with the most modern equipment available, with special emphasis on clinical skills. The practice is friendly and has served the local community for 30 years, specialising in contact lenses, eye care and abnormal eye conditions. Martin has a special interest in Keratoconus and its management as well as Macular Degeneration using our in-house Optical Coherence Tomographer.

Married with three grown up children, Martin enjoys photography, gardening, supporting Spurs and playing with his beloved MG sports car!
